Streams in the Desert – Afikim b’Negev
About:
Marianna Gol grew up in St. Petersburg, Russia where she became a believer in Yeshua in 1991. The Lord called her into full-time ministry in 1992, and she served with several different organizations in Russia. She made Aliyah (immigrated) to Israel in 1997 and began living in Netanya. While leading a home group and a women’s ministry in her congregation, the Lord began to share with her His heart for widows and orphans. For one year she carried this burden in prayer, and then the Lord began to bring single mothers and widows into her life. She ministered to them within her congregation, experiencing alongside them their overwhelming needs as well as their amazing victories, and all the while the Lord continued to reveal to her His burning passion for the widow and the orphan in The Land.
Marianna moved to the Beer Sheva area in 2007, and it was there that the Lord opened doors for her to establish an outreach ministry to single-mother families, “widows and orphans,” from the various Beer Sheva congregations, as well as some referred to her by the local social services.
Today Marianna lives and ministers in the Negev region of Israel near Beer Sheva. She is the founding Director of “Streams in the Desert” and leads an enthusiastic ministry team that focuses on serving poor and disadvantaged families, as well as Messianic children and youth in the South of Israel.
Nearly everything Marianna is involved in is in some way focused on the preparation of the Bride for the return of Yeshua. She carries a deep burden for the unity of the Body and is involved in various international communities which share in this burden. Marianna travels and teaches internationally bringing a unique perspective on Oneness in the Coming Kingdom.
