Ot OoMofet – A Sign and an Example

About:

Orna Grinman was born in Israel and came to faith in Messiah in 1983 during a visit to South Africa.  There she met a family of Israel-loving Gentiles, and through them, she came to see Jesus of Nazareth – Yeshua – as the One who loved and carried the Jewish people from Days of Old. No longer would she see Him as the enemy of the Jewish people, as she had been raised to believe. Her heart was very deeply touched to discover that Yeshua was waiting eagerly to return home, to His brothers and sisters.

This revelation led Orna to discover another love: to see her beloved nation Israel relating to God not as a bereaved widow, but as a Mother-Nation.

In 2003 she founded “Ot OoMofet” (A Sign and an Example) an indigenous Israeli ministry, focusing on restoring the broken-hearted within the Messianic Body.  What began as serving the needs of those at home, has developed into an international teaching ministry. Orna uses the imagery of the ancient Tabernacle in a unique and powerful way to present a process for cleansing and healing our hearts and drawing us deeper into the Presence of God.

Another teaching focus comes from the Book of Ruth. Orna describes Gentiles as a type of “Ruth” called by God to love “Naomi” (Israel) out of bitterness, helping soften her heart towards her Redeemer. Orna calls Gentiles into their role of helping restore Israel to a relationship with Yeshua the Messiah.
