About:
Avner and Rachel Boskey live in the Beersheva region of Israel and are dedicated to stirring up the creative arts, worship, intercession, evangelism, and the prophetic gifts within a Jewish and Israeli matrix.
Avner and Rachel have been involved for many years both in Israel and in many nations, in evangelism, Bible teaching, writing articles and books, creating original Messianic music, pastoral ministry, and leading worship and prayer gatherings. From 1986 to 1993 Avner served as associate editor of MISHKAN: a theological journal on Jewish evangelism published in Jerusalem. In the 1990′s the Boskeys had the privilege to work both with John Wimber in Anaheim CA and with Mike Bickle and James Goll in Kansas City. In 1995-96 they pastored the Messianic Center, a Messianic Jewish congregation in Saint Petersburg Russia.
Over the last two decades, Avner and Rachel have resided in the Negev. During these years they established weekly worship and prayer meetings for local believers and thousands of visitors from many nations. They oversee a loose-knit community of worshippers, intercessors, and prophetic artists in the Negev.
Avner regularly writes informative newsletters to encourage prayer for Israel and to help God’s people be more aware of current events in Israel and around the world from a biblical perspective.
Avner is the author of the books ‘Israel the Key to World Revival,’ ‘How to be Messianic without becoming Meshuggah,’ ‘Jews, Arabs and the Middle East – a Messianic Perspective’ and the pertinent ‘A Messianic Perspective on the Restoration of David’s Tabernacle.’
Avner and Rachel have released five CDs – ‘Old & New’ (1993), ‘Ancient Gates’ (2001), ‘LaKatzir—For the Harvest’ (2001), ‘Four Winds’ (2011), and ‘Dry Bones Boogie’ (2015) as well as music videos. All are available at www.davidstent.org.
