In Session 10, Marianna explains the prophetic vision that laid the foundation for this conference. The city of Jacksonville already has walls and gates, but they are not in good repair and need people to care for them. The gatekeepers stopped caring and the watchmen got off the wall. It is time for fresh reinforcements. The gates are meant to let things in and out. They are a place of authority. Gates can also be spiritual openings. Marianna describes the roles of watchmen – those with distant vision, and gatekeepers – those who can see up close. Marianna ends by describing a series of gates that the Lord is showing her with light shining between them – the legacy already in the city and the restoration that is coming. The conference ends in a group discussion, clarifying the vision concerning Jacksonville, and asking the Lord to rebuild the walls and cleanse the gates.
