Marianna Gol gave this teaching in Session 1 at the Nourishment From the Root 2016 Conference.
Marianna begins by describing herself as a living witness, a daughter of Israel brought out of exile back to the land of Israel, a sign of times. She calls us to step out of our normal frame of reference into a broad place where we can see the amazing things the Lord is doing in our day. The Israelites were commanded to keep the Feast of Tabernacles so they would remember the Exodus, the birth of the nation, the beginning of the Kingdom of Israel, she explains. But the prophet Zachariah speaks of a time in the future when the nations will also observe this Feast, coming to the King in Jerusalem to celebrate the Kingdom. Israel and the nations celebrating the Feast of Tabernacles – both pointing to the manifestation of the future kingdom on earth. Marianna urges us to find hope and expectation for the “Coming Kingdom.” She describes the kind of partnership the Lord desires – Jew and Gentile together in one kingdom – Israel – “The Mystery of God.” But how can the two become one? The Kingdom is in tents! Every tribe and family dwelling together, but in their own tent with God’s presence at the center. This understanding can help us to prophetically step into the invisible kingdom before it becomes visible.
